COMING SOON! This is a BRAND NEW level of membership we are offering! This allows you to train in our facility, using our programing/workouts and our equipment! Hours are from 8am-2pm daily. Workout are self guided, but the gym will be staffed by our trainers who can help answer any questions you may have. You can bring a guest for $20/day drop-in during open gym hours.
TEAM TRAINING is our most coveted program. The programming, our TC community and the camaraderie among our members are what make this the most popular program we offer! Your Team Training partners will become like family and help hold you accountable. It's one of the secrets to our success! Full Time secures your spot in one of our coveted small TEAM Training groups for the month. Hours quickly fill up and may be FULL, please check the TRAINING TIMES Schedule. No Contracts.
This is for Fulltime 1:1 Private Personal Training which consists of 5 sessions per week for 1 month. Full Time allows your to secure a discounted from our normal rate to $150/session. This style of training is completely tailored to the individual needs of the clients. Hours fill up and are scheduled around our Team Training Hours, please inquire for availability.
This package is PERFECT for new clients, but existing clients may take advantage of it as well. It allows you to train in-studio with our small Team Training groups for 3 months. It also includes 3 months of customized nutrition planning tailored specifically to help you reach your goals. With this package, we will coach you STEP BY STEP thru your TRANSFORMATION Process.
