This unique 60-Minute Slow Flow Muscle Recovery Yoga class will be a mix of traditional yoga poses and deep stretches meant to reset your body and help with muscle soreness.
Our small group yoga class will combine unique playlists and lots of smiles and laughs as you are led thru the poses by veteran yoga instructor Courtney.
We will observe all social distancing guidelines to protect the health and safety of all participants.
Due to COVID, we ask that you bring your own mat, however if you do not have one please let us know and we can provide one for you.
Cost is $15 per class.
